Our practice was established in 2003 and is currently based in Middleton, Manchester. We are a 100% equine only practice dedicated to caring for horses, ponies and donkeys throughout the Greater Manchester area, covering from Blackburn to Stockport, Wigan to Huddersfield and everywhere in between.
Why Choose Us For The Care Of Your Horse? Dedication: The practice is a dedicated equine only practice offering a personal, friendly and professional service. We take a personal interest in the well being of your horse. We strive to provide affordable preventative healthcare by way of our equine health plans. We will work in conjunction with your farrier, equine dental technician, physiotherapist or chiropractor to the benefit of your horse/pony.
Familiarity: We understand the importance of following cases through and building good client relationships. At this practice we allocate clients a dedicated vet to ensure continuity of care for your horse and to enable you to build a good client relationship with your vet each time you see a familiar face.
Reliability: You can choose an appointment day & time that suits you. Our vets are usually on time (emergencies permitting!). We always advise if the vet is running late due to an emergency.
Flexible and Affordable: Estimated costs for procedures can be given prior to any visit. We also offer a number of payment methods to suit individual clients.
Technology: We are the only equine practice in the Greater Manchester area to have mobile digital x-ray equipment, enabling us to x-ray your horse on site at your yard and give you immediate results. We continually invest in state of the art diagnostic equipment and more importantly we have the skills to use it.
Communication: We communicate regularly with clients. We will write and call you regarding vaccinations – ensuring you don’t miss. We issue seasonal informative newsletters and update our website quarterly. We also undertake regular educational events that are free of charge to our clients.
CPD: (Continued Professional Development) is compulsory for all vets. We ensure that all our vets undertake regular CPD to keep up to date with best practices and the latest methods and treatments available to our clients. Service: Our aim is to offer clients a first class service.
