On behalf of our team we would like to extend a warm welcome to you, your family and your pet. We are a known and respected name in the area for over 50 years.
Our main veterinary surgery is in the heart of Hitchin Town, providing animal care to town residents and those in the surrounding countryside. We also have a branch surgery in the town of Shefford.
Our caring and compassionate team aim to offer the highest quality of animal care, utilizing our superb facilities, which include in-house diagnostics, ultrasound and radiology. As well as caring for your pet when injured or ill, we very much like to encourage preventative measures, such as regular vaccinations, worming etc.We do so, by offering an annual healthy pet scheme.
Although we are a mixed practice, treating both small animals and equine, we have a team of vets with a special interest in equine work, lead by Sally Schroeder. Our service is fully mobile, providing examinations, xrays, endoscopy and ultrasound at your premises. There is no need to transport your horse anywhere.
We also have a close working relationship with Rossdales and Partners in Newmarket, for the more unusual cases and those requiring major surgery.
