Paul Wiles Saddlery was originally formed in the late sixties by Paul & Sheila Wiles. The majority of the saddle fitting is from Newcastle upon Tyne, south into Lincolnshire down the eastern side of the country, but not restricted to those areas.
Saddle Fitting: The saddle fitting service can be just an assessment of your existing saddle or a more in depth check and measurement of horse and rider to find the correct saddle fitting. Alternatively saddles can be brought out to the customers premises for fitting, trial and sales.
With Paul's saddle fitting services, comes the back up of the well known Parnaby's Saddlery and Country Store, in Malton, North Yorkshire. Through Parnaby's Paul is able to offer a range of second hand saddles along with many brands of new saddles. These brands include: Barnsby, Black Country, Jeffries, GFS Fieldhouse, Pessoa, Bates, Wintec, Kent & Masters, Thorowgood, Kieffer, Ideal plus most other brands can be obtained, to suit the clients particular needs.
Paul has had particular experience with having bespoke saddles made by Frank Baines Saddlery, from Walsall, for the more discerning clients. Working with manufacturers to have the very best for our clients is one way to be certain of the comfort and fit for your horse.
