About:

We are a dual-purpose yard based just outside Inkberrow in the beautiful surroundings of rural Worcestershire. The yard boasts excellent facilities, including three gallops, a horse-walker, top-class schooling facilities, an outdoor school, starting stalls and turnout paddocks. Our location in the Midlands gives us great access to the entire country and we have 11 racecourses within 50 miles.

After working as assistant trainer at yards across the country and in France, Tom decided to return home to Inkberrow to launch his solo career at Middle Bouts Farm. The yard is owned by Tom's parents which means we have minimal overheads, the benefits of which can be passed to owners. His CV includes spells working as assistant trainer to Henry Daly, John Quinn and Peter Beaumont, as well as Francois Doumen in France.

The former point-to-point rider has dealt with top horses including top staying hurdler Mighty Man, multiple Cheltenham Festival winner Baracouda and Royal Ascot winner Pevensey. Our ever-growing operation continues to go from strength-to-strength with the small team's hard work to train winners and dedicate more time to horses and owners alike. Most of our horses are young, with a lot of owner-breeders sending us their horses, so patience is the key.

We also hope to attract new owners with older horses who will benefit from a change of scenery, especially after Cat Six proved to be such a success story in our first season.
