About:

Alison has been around horses for most of her life and is a true horsewoman, having worked with racehorses, polo ponies and riding horses. Alison 'did her time' with trainers Jim Old and Jeff Davies and then took time out to raise her family, before returning to training in 2010.

Beyond racehorses, Alison has worked extensively with polo ponies both in the UK and Argentina and her son William has played for the Young England team. Alison's husband Julian is also involved in polo and he too has a strong equine background, as his father was a HK Jockey Club steward.

Alison had her first runners under rules in 2010 and finished her first season with a useful handful of winners. The current season is going well and the seasonal tally is already ahead of schedule.
