Paula Drury Veterinary Physiotherapy is based between York and Thirsk, North Yorkshire, providing a high level of veterinary physiotherapy for animals across the Yorkshire region.

Paula is a Chartered ACPAT Cat A Physiotherapist specialising in high quality treatment and management of animals. After working six years as a physiotherapist in the NHS and graduating from the Royal Veterinary College with a MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy, Paula has transfered her skills and knowledge into the animal field.

Now focusing on the treatment and management of domestic and athletic dogs and horses. Physiotherapy can be beneficial for horses with a variety of problems or just for maintainance. It can help minimise pain, increase movement and build muscle and strength appropriately for your horse. It can be useful in all disciplines (showjumping/dressage/eventing/polocross & polo/driving/racing/hunting) to help improve/maintain performance, prevent and treat injuries.

It is also useful for those horses who enjoy hacking and schooling occasionally to help maintain a healthy muscle balance to improve saddle fit, prevent injury and chronic movement patterns developing.
