About:

Queach Farm Stables was opened in May 2004. It offers DIY Livery which in April 2006 achieved BHS approval, with miles of off road riding exclusive to the occupiers of the stables. A 30 x 40 metre manege with all weather surface and flood lighting is available and may be hired by members of the public. We run regular unaffiliated and affiliated dressage competitions on our all weather surface and we are a relaxed and friendly venue. We also hold clinics and workshops. We have 12 stables of various sizes which were converted from traditional farm buildings formerly used for cattle and working farm horses. Along with this are secure dry storage spaces for each livery. Fresh water, electric and toilet facilities are available along with good levels of outside lighting for those long winter nights. The yard is a spacious, fully concreted, mud free area with the muck heap nearby. There is a large overhang giving room for for shoeing, clipping and grooming whilst protecting you from the weather. There is 16 acres of grazing with some set aside for the winter so that all year turn out is possible. Livery owners have access to the farm tracks which link up with some of the local bridle paths, allowing for long off road hacking. The all weather manege is available for use by livery owners for no extra cost. The yard holds monthly affiliated and unaffiliated dressage competitions and liveries are able to enter at a reduced cost. We are a very sociable yard and run a camping/riding trip to Holkham beach every summer, as well as meals out and an annual Christmas celebration.
