Top Farm is a 40 acre family-run farm in the beautiful village of Keele, two miles west of Newcastle-under-Lyme. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, and look after all the horses in our care as if they were our own. Nothing is too much trouble. We offer a range of different livery options that can be tailored to your exact needs. In addition to the standard packages we also offer daily extra services such as turnout, feed and rugs at good rates. If the specific type of livery you need is not covered in this list, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. We pride ourselves on being able to provide exactly the right livery service for you and your horses. D.I.Y Livery: Stable, electricity, water, grazing, use of facilities. Part Livery: Stable, electricity, water, grazing, use of facilities, plus additional services by arrangement to suit each client. Hunter/Competition Livery: Stable, electricity, water, grazing, use of facilities, all feed, all forage, all bedding, exercise, grooming, clipping, before/after hunt care, tack cleaning, all other care as required. New or First-time Owner Livery: Our dedicated team can help you to settle in and get started with your new horse or pony. Mare Foaling Livery: We can cater for your new arrival. 20 yrs experience. CCTV in foaling box. Full Livery: Stable, electricity, water, grazing, use of facilities, all feed, all forage, all bedding, all general care, rug changes, turn out and fetch in 24hrs 7 days. Pony Full Livery: As Horse Full Livery but at special rate for ponies. We also offer pony schooling. Holiday Livery: A full livery service specifically for while you take that well-earned holiday! Catered to your individual needs, taking the worry out of leaving your horse. Veterinary Recuperation Livery: We pride ourselves on the outstanding care that we can give to your horse following an operation or injury. We work closely with your vet to get your horse back to full fitness and recovery. We use several treatments including Equisage Massage and the Horsewalker.
