About:

My name is Natalie Cassidy and I am a Freelance Riding Instructor. I am based in Bedfordshire and teach clients in and around Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

I have my own unique style and method of teaching incorporating the following aspects;

  • Classical seat training - the basics for all disciplines
  • Rider biomechanics - correct and effective position
  • Engagement of the hindquarters - achieving lightness
  • Awareness - how you and your horse affect each other.

My teaching is influenced by a variety of methods such as Ride With Your Mind, Centered Riding, Anthony Crossley and Philippe Karl among others.
